What about other therapies?

I am a trained mental health nurse, CBT therapist and counsellor I am able to look wider into your particular circumstances. Medication is often prescribed and I will ask you about this, its effectiveness and any side effects. As a CBT therapist  I am able to call on a number of approaches to help you, These may include elements of compassion focused therapy, schema therapy and mindfulness. As an accredited therapist the need for ongoing professional development is essential and this constantly opens up opportunities to learn new approaches and skills.
